Samsung HCP4752x 47 inch Rear Projection

Hello I am Trying to find out if I can Fix a convergence problem on my TV by first going through a service menu for my Samsung HCP4752x rear projection 47 inch tv.Any help would be greatly appreciated

Customer convergence procedure NOT working?
If Not change the convergence ICs, check bias resistors, fuses and B-plus.

Thank you for taking time to help me....Ive tried the mute 1 8 3 using the remote but the convergence adjust seems to not be helping.The Blue and Red will not adjust vertically in any way.It seems like the convergence is too out of whack to bring it back to normal(the TV was given to me).I was hoping that there was a factory reset to sort of ''start from scratch" .It also shuts off every time I make an adjustment too far one way.I am not confident enough to dig in and find the component that failed especially without a service manual or schematic of the Convergence board, if obtaining such material is possible.

I asked whether the CUSTOMER convergence (Not Service convergence) was adjusting properly. If the very center of screen cannot have all color adjustments be able to go both directions from the center, you know that there's a problem.
