Computer smps servicing doubt

I have one 450w 24 pin smps.two weeks ago the smps didnot work. so I checked that smps and got +5v standby voltage on violet color wire .then I tried to on the smps to short the green wire and black .at that time smps couldnot on .I have get only +5v sb voltage .how can i repair it?

Hi I read your problem. I think you must be checking your smps for authorize service station and they suggest to what would be problem..? If not solved the problem than You buy new Smps...
