Mascom TV7168S M3

Hi,
I have a problem with a "Mascom TV7168S M3 - Chassis PT90A" TV set.
There is no picture, no sound, sloping black and white stripes and a sign "no signal" in the middle od the screen.
DVD player - not displayed.
Teletext - is ok, no problem
Is any of the integrated circuits defective?
