I have a westhinghouse ltv32w6 purchased in 2006. When I turn it on I get sound but no picture at all. The screen is black, whereas when it was working it would be blue if the tv was on but all the inputs were disconnected. Any suggestions?[/quote]

You can also check the power supply and inverters for bulged caps.
