I need your help - have boyght an opel with radio in it but this does not work:

Hi
I have the same problem - just bought an Opel with Philips Car Radio CCR 400. The battery was removed and I don't know the code.
The numbers are as follow:

1 614 438
GM 90 506 173

I'll be gratefull if you help me.

we can only help with this model if it was made before mid 1999 , if it was
then post the 14 digit serial no. from the side of the case.

I think it's made before the mid of 1999 because the first registration of the car is on 15.07.1999. I hope this will help you to find out the code, because I'm not sure I'll be able to take out the radio and put it back Rolling Eyes

the date should be ok hopefully but obviously you have to remove the radio to get the serial no. from it.
