Start up Problem with goodmans gtv42p3

hi, iv got the goodmans gtv42p3 and the problem im havin is when i turn the tv on it takes a good 30mins for the picture to slowly appear, does any1 know what the problem could be, or what i could do to try and find out what the problem is?
any help will be greatly appreciated

Im not familar with this model.but if its an LCD you should check the power supply for bulged capacitors and replace them.the tops of the capacitors should be completly flat.
