Covergence problem on Toshiba 42H83

I have a convergence problem with my Toshiba 42H83, i replaced both of IC's STK392-110 and one of the 1.8 Ohms bad resistors near of the STK, i checked every 1.8 ohms resistors, everything around the IC's is fine, but i got same convergence problems. I need help to fix this problem, and i would like to know how i could enter in the service menu, thanks!

Do the STK's have positive and negative b-plus reaching them?
