how to remove white wire from flyback?

I can't figure out how to remove white wire from the flyback or the other end. Any suggestions?

One's the focus and one's the screen. What kind of tv?

One should be soldered into the crt brd and the other should go into the crt socket. Which one are you having problems with?

it's a samsung rptv... hcn4226w.
There's two wires coming from the flyback. One is a fat red one, and the other is a smaller, possibly 16awg, white one. The red one has a plug on one end of it, so it's easy, but the white one seems like it may be soldered on both ends. I want to remove the power supply pcb, and this white wire is the only thing stopping me.

3 wires. Big red one, for the picture tube. White and yellow. If need be cut and splice the wire. Make sure you ground the big red wire first! Watch out!
