Samsung TX-P3071WH...turns on and off by itself

My Samsung TX-P3071WH recently started doing something very strange. I turn the TV on, and after about 10-15 seconds it turns itself off. Then, 10-15 seconds later it turns itself back on. Then, 10-15 seconds later it turns itself off again and continues this cycle until I physically unplug the TV. I'm hoping that someone may have an idea of what I can do to repair this thing. I use to repair WYSE terminal monitors so I have a basic understanding of how TVs work. Any information or help would be great! Thanks in advance.
