no sound on Kenwood Kdc215s car cd player

I just go a used car cd player, kenwood kdc-215s off ebay that was suppose to be working and it has no sound at all. Everything looks fine, it powers, acts like it playing, the radio locks on channels etc but no sound. I have done all the troubleshooting I can do with my test light. When the harness is hooked up there is no power from the speaker wires. The harness is fine, I jumped the wires and there is power. The seller told me to have it cleaned, he thinks it just might be "dusty", it was sitting for a couple of months.

Does anybody have an opinion on this? I think it would be a total waste of money since I only wanted a cheap deck since I have an old rag top car and didn't want anyone slashing the top to get the deck.
Probably the amp, any other ideas? Anyone got a service manual for this thing or know a "cheap" tech to look at it?
