Philips 42" Plasma 42PF5520D/D10 No pic or sound?

I have replaced the 2 caps on the 3.3V line on the powerboard but still no pic or sound? there are 4 clicks when powering on. remote works green light.

What should I look for on the boards?

What can I check with my AVO?
