Hi Lois,

My novajet is not firing on the magenta cartridge.
I have tested to switch with magenta and yellow cart and then magenta fired
and not yellow so I suspect carriage board is bad.

At the beginning magenta fired sometimes, now it never fires.
I measured the two lead dots marked 13V next to D5 light and it showed only
2,88 Volt. Maybe the voltage regulator or a capacitor is bad?
What do you think?
