Hallo i have that amplifier and i cant find what kind of TR or MOSFET have to the final stage .Does anyone know what is 10N20 AND 10P20.

What type of case T03 ?
What is the rail voltage ?

They are probaly mosfets.

Yes they are Mosfets;
