Help me repair a TV Box

I have two TV boxes "Sunwin SM-230S". Main IC in one of them is ARM7118 and the other has "TST1C18". Datasheets of these ICs are not available.


Power supply of both of them are burned out. Just want to know that if I can use an external power adapter and disconnect their internal ones.

Moreover, can anyone please tell me what are the properties of the voltage and current that this device requires?

Depends on the designs of the units. Could be a single supply voltage or multiple supply voltages.
