The picture size is reduced to almost 14in from 28 in screen.Sound, color etc are working.Any ideas on this?

Your east west circuit is faulty, usually due to a dry joint in the line stage, may have taken out a 2r7 safety resistor and the e-w coil.

resolder all joints in the line output stage, check R629 (27ohms, 1/2w 90 degree tube)(2.7ohms, 1/2w 110 degree tube safety resistor to E/W FET(buk444-200A), also o/c capacitor C630 (0.47, 250volts) & its also been known for L604 to be open circuit but this chassis suffers badly from dry joints so check for them first

Similar fault 11AK19pro bush HS6671SIL
Dry joint on R606 in E/W circuit caused burn of R629 2.7ohm safety resistor.
