sansui sv2136 ''asm starts in 3 sec''

my 32'' tv sansui sv2136 display the following when switched on '' ASM starts in 3 sec'' then it starts channel switching and turning the sound on and off and going to av mode and back and so on. Anybody seen this before? Any cure?

please check the scl.and sda path after that replace memory
