Desperately need help - Kenwood

Hi!

I have a Kenwood in-dash lcd w/ tv-tuner (KVC-1000) and a radio-tuner + amplifier (KTC-1000R).
KVC-1000 was coded. I've changed the eeprom so that it doesn't require the mask-key anymore (only 1 byte changed).

Now, KVC-1000 works OK.

I have no cables for them, so I've conected pin-to-pin KVC-1000 with KTC-1000R (MZ-BUS).

Now, when I start them I get BUS ERROR E-50, which means that there are 2 or more main units connected to the bus (which is fake, of course).

Questions:
1. Of course, if anyone knows how to solve this, it would be best

2. Anyone has a service manual for KVC-1000? (for KTC-1000R i've managed to find one).
3. The MZ-BUS cable is pin-to-pin, without any resistors in it, right?
