DISTORTED PICTURE

The picture on my 51" Panasonic TV has become distoted. I tried the color convergence but this does not seem to work. Do you have any ideas?

"Distorted" is too generic to understand what your problem is. If the customer convergence procedure doesn't change at all, then you more than likely have convergence IC failure. If that's the case, then replacing the IC's, any damaged bias resistors and possibly associated fuses, do to the IC failure, would repair the unit. Of course then the factory alignment would have to be performed. That requires a special mylar film to be placed over the screen and start by matching the green, to it. Then align the Red and Blue accordingly. If it's some other kind if "distortion", then you will have to be more specific.
