Hello my problem is that i have a vertikal white line like noise or something in the right side of the TV , i try tuner and AV line both the same fault ,can anyone help?
The TV works fine but the line remains.

Helps to have a map. Schematic symbols are more or less universal.
There is a "change to English" button that gives limited help.
