HELP ! ! ! ! NEC PX-42VM2A

This Monitor is driving me crazy ! I have to fix it .... Becoming an obsession! Smile

Ok so here is what it is doing .....

I picked this up from a friend about 2 weeks ago ... When I would plug it in the light would turn green then click off and turn red .... I replaced the Power boards still same problem .... Im thinking it might be the PC board but I read it might be the Panel Driver Module ... Im not sure what board that is on ....

Seems there is a ton of people having the same issue but no solutions ! Does anyone out there know what is wrong with this monitor ?
