| hi,i have a terrestrial receiver but all the channel are encrypted,is there any way how to unlock ,my decoder is UNITED DVBT 9082 |

Contact your signal provider. They can supply you with the correct codes and equipment, all for a (depends on your point of view) low monthly price.
