tv problems

i have a seleco 26" and when i switch it on with the remote there a noise like a spark in pulses of a second and the picture dousnt come on. thanks for any help

Place the oscilloscope probe near the IHVT and monitor the pulses. Are they normal when it try's to start?

yes when it try to start ,but when i try to switch it on from the switch and keeping the remote pressed it comes normal

If the IHVT waveform is normal, then remove the crt board from the crt. See if it still shuts down. If it doesn't then you might have a crt problem (abl, etc.)
