VFD display driver/controller M66003-0001FP datasheet

Because I did't find anywhere a datasheet or any information to use for some displays using Mitsubishi/Renesas IC's I resolved to put together all data found on archives, datasheets and months of testing codes until I finished a guide- in a datasheet form for VFD display driver/controller M66003-0001FP . Because all IC's in M6600x family have a series of common commands , I think can be used for M66003-0121FP, 0131FP ...
