Where is a good place online to look for PC Power Supplies?

Hello Everyone,

My friend want to upgrade but he can't find a trusted website. He is worried that he might buy one off a website and then later discover he could have got it cheaper off another. So basically can someone point him in the direction of looking for a new power supply.
