help panasonic tx 22lt2 screen going white what to do?

Hello

my panasonic tx 22lt2 screen picture is fading away. I think itmay be a connection of some sort as at times (notoften though) the screen flashes the right colours for a split second.

What shall i do? Is here any component i could change?

the fault is either dirty contacts on the LVDS cable or more likely the T.CON board which is not available as a spare part from panasonic, but there are companies who dismantle tvs and sell the parts seperately who may have one

Ribbon cables not easy to obtain, if not that=junk it.
