Packard Bell Easynote Hera C Dark Screen

Hi all,

I have a Packard Bell Easynote Hera C Laptop which the screen has gone dark. I have tried a new screen inverter which has made no difference! I have also connected to external monitor to test if it was graphics chip and this works fine!

Does this mean that the screen has gone? Backlight?

Screen is in great condition just very dark!
