ive been looking EVERYWHERE for this now on the net for 3 days now and have had no joy at all. Im just tring to find a circuit diagram of the POWER SUpply board

You can find the Samsung ps42q96h (or PS42Q96HD/XEC) service manual with schematics and training manual at www.schematics.me but I don't think you will find the schematics for the PSU. Many manuals don't have that.
