philips lcd tv stuck on standby (wont turns on)

i have 26HFL5870D philips lcd tv which was on hotel mode the first time.

i've used the green remote control to switch it to consumer mode to change some settings and it was ok.

after i want to get it back to hotel mode by entering the same code , it shows that the operation was succeeded and '' please restart your tv ".

and here where the problem show up , the tv wont turn on back.

it simply stuck on standby with the red light.

it still recieve command from Remote control but without effects.
