Help Needed with TVs

I have a Sony TV model KV-2166MNT with an intermittent sound. I have traced both channel audio signals right up to before chip resistors R250 and R251, of 3.3kΩ. No audio signals were found after the resistors which lead to the audio output IC251 (BA5412) via 2 10μF capacitors. Resoldering the IC does not help.

I also have a Hitachi TV model CP2984TAN with power supply failure. The power regulator STR-S6709 has been blown apart, with an adjacent miniature resistor found burnt and unable to decipher its value from the colour code.

I am hoping that someone will be able to provide assistance as I do not have the schematic diagrams for both the TVs. Thanks
