Epson Projector TW-20

I had an Epson Projectors for years. Recently after power on, the bulb can't be turn on. The bulb had been operated for ~1300 Hr. I openned the case and checked inside, occassionally it can be turn on (Very few times, only twice after I openned it). So I suppose the bulb is still working. And suspect it may be caused by the bad high voltage power supply. Or if could it be caused by the life time of bulb which need higher voltage supply??

Any one has the experience can help? Or do you have the service manual with schematics? Thanks!
