monitor samsung and smd transistor 109Q

Greetings.
For a couple of days trying to find a scheme from the Monitor panel. I do not need a scheme of the monitor since I already have, but I need a scheme of the panel because it has electronics that I need to solve. The panel marks the M220Z1-l03. It does not matter if you have a diagram of another panel, you just hang and I'll somehow manage.
The problem is once smd transistor which is marked 109Q and case is SOT23.
