The TV is an LXI PTV415-AH01 Model Number: 626.54568291 (Also, any idea on where I could get the service manual?) I made sure to follow the wiring and connection directions with the kit and have triple-checked them but the TV is definitely not happy with the change. On power-up there is a buzzing that sounds similar to arcing HV. (I don’t see any, however, and can’t tell where it is… it sounds like it may be coming from the base of the tubes). After powered on, all three tubes warm up and light, but flicker. After about 30 seconds the tubes all turn off at the same time although the TV remains on (power LED remains lit). If I power off then power on the TV again the tubes will flicker for 15-30 seconds and then turn off again. Any pointers as to what I should check or test to figure out what the problem is? I’ve tried changing the R/G/B screen and focus controls (middle, all down, all up) and the effect remains the same. Is there a general procedure to follow when replacing an HV combo block (especially when it’s with a new version of the part)? Would It be necessary (or possible) to adjust the input HV? Prior to replacing the Combo Block the set worked. Unfortunately some leaked coolant shorted the old combo block… Thanks, ~Aaron[/quote]
