The set is not completely dead but it won’t start up. When the power button is pressed the front green led comes on (it doesn’t blink), and a relay (K901) clicks in for about 3 seconds then the led goes dead. If I press the power button again the cycle repeats. While the led is on there is a very faint buzz coming from a small transformer (T951). I’ve checked all fuses, connections, I checked the horizontal output and other transistors and all of them checked ok. The set uses an STRD4512 regulator. I went through and resoldered all connections throughout the board. The 9 volt standby voltage is present. There is voltage getting to the relay (K901) and the relay is passing that voltage on for the short time it stays on. For the 3 seconds the relay and the led are on there is no sound or high voltage.
