Then, it could be almost impossible to say with reasonable certainty.
You may be looking at a partial number to which a prefix or suffix is supposedly presumed.
One (or more) information lines may be date or manufacturer codes. |

Hi, its just a isolated electronic component that was never used. It belongs to a bundle of components that was given in my school lessons.
The location id on the component is all around the cilindric package separated in rows like I had stated before.

Hi
I've a diode with this looking:
---[| ]--- (package is cilindric with about 2.5mm diameter and 5mm long)
with these markings:
I35 (or 135??)
E
5M
Can any one help me to identify this diode specs?
