| Seeing as how you consider this late 90's CD player to be some kind of 'durable goods,' the best one might hope for is to find a used one along the curb on garbage day, maybe craigslist, ebay, thrift store, garage/yard sale, barn, landfill, etc.
You would then have to prey that it has the items you are looking for and that they also aren't bad. |

| Does anyone know where I can get the CD mechanism for a DCD-1290? This is part # FG50 according to the service manual. Denon says it is not available. Does anyone know where I could obtain this part?
Failing that I would be looking for the laser, and the spindle motor. Thank you! |
