I'm not sure what you mean when you say the panel is not getting any power since the panel itself gets all it's signal from the video board.
I'm not familiar with your set but I think the power supply should still follow general guidelines.
24 volts DC is used to power your backlight board. Since you say you have a grey screen and one of your measurements is around 24 volts, I can only assume the backlight works.
5 volts and 12 volts DC are needed to power the video board, which in turn controls the panel.
Since 5 volts is not one of the voltages you measured, I'd start there.
If this set is a few years old, it is possible that some of the filter capacitors have degraded. Look for bulges on the top.
(FYI, the small cylinders with silver tops)

Hi.
My grundig 32lxw82-8600 DL powersupply has no voltage on panel pins. I think the rest is ok. I tested everything and all are good but i get no power to panel (grey display).here are the voltage reading from powersupply to logic board.
-23.72v. Black
-23.73v
-8.2 mv. I think this is the panel
-8.1 mv. I think this is the panel
-3.139v
-15v
-10.3 mv

What do i do wrong here?
In schematic does not say how many voltage should i get from these pins.
By the way i'm newbee with tv electronics, so plz be kind and explain in details what i have to do to resolve this problem.
Thanks
