When the volume is reduced or functions are changed, this will result in a shutdown. |

i have a Tx-ds575 too but i have very low sound the master volume is on his maximum, can someone help me please. |

Hi, i try chrome, safari, opera and firefox.. disable adblock in firefox does the job.. thx |

Bottom right of page: "This file is downloadable free of charge from the site... processing" changes and will become: "GET MANUAL" Not logged in Only two downloads a day!" Left click on "Get Manual." Try a different browser if it doesn't change for you. |

This is a common problem with Onkyos. There are about 10 muting transistors located on the preamp board that become leaky. This will cause shutdown when the volume is turned down or functions are changed. Also look for loose solder connections on the DSP board. |

I have an Onkyo Tx-NR807 and just experienced the same issue. Firmware is up to date and after numerous resets - No sound & No network. |
