| i have a dead tektronix 2221 oscilloscope.
there are several components dead in the power supply the MTP6N55 MOSFET Q908 2N2907A R909 burned (i can just see the first two rings : 39) CR909 no reference TL594 IC R907 0.2ohm Has someone the schematic, or CR909 reference and R909 value ? |
