| I have an RCA M#F31672ETFM3 that lost picture thru the cable.Picture still works thru video & S video imputs. Had it in the shop and was told the tuner was bad. Was also told it would have to go back to the factory for repair, is that so and what,if not ,should be the est. cost of replacing the tuner. Thanks for any help. | |
