My TV went out last week. After reviewing the forum for similar symptoms (all green leds light up and go out except led d940 which stays off, red led d912 flashes) I tested fuse e994 and confirmed it to be open. As suggested I replaced fuse e994 and capacitor c707 even though it did not have any signs of being blown. I plugged it back in with the same symptoms and blown fuse e994. Further review of the forum suggested to replace fuse e994 and remove capacitor c707 as a unnecessary part. So I did the second repair with the same symptoms and result, blown fuse e994.

Please provide next steps to fully troubleshoot. I would prefer to order all of the parts that I need to repair the TV one last time.
