Hello everyone,
I'm from Italy excuse because my english.
I'm not a tv-technical expert but just a ex-professional electronic technician, who studied in the 80s and then I have no experience of
miniature components, and I have just general experience on TV.

- I have a TV Saba T70170RI (TYPE 628 / TX807CE EU), today it turned off after a noise. Now it does not turn on, the LED flashes with a cycle of about 1+3 [ a flash long 0.7" and a pause three times long; full cycle around 2,5"], I tried to count such blinks but they are always regular, I didn't find a "group" of blinks, (after 40 I surrender).
I do not hear any noise or hum, it does not respond to the remote control, nor to the 4 buttons (Vol +/- Prog +/-).
When I push the general-main physical switch, TV produce no noise.
- 2 years ago it has the same failure, I found this tip (1) to put the TV on "Service mode" and magically the TV went ok! (TV didn't go on "Service mode").
- Today I repeated the same procedure-tip, but it doesn't work.
- I download this service manual (2), but it is only a schematic (3), there aren't information on "Service mode" nor to how understand the LSD
blinks, nor on "how to fix".

I ASK :
- can you help me to fix the TV, or to find another manual or another link ?
