With above your Sharp TV will receive ALL digital channels. As ALL channels are converted to analog, you will NOT be seeing any better than 480i/p. Best picture you could possibly achieve would be with a Digital TV Tuner that can output Component 480i/p. A remote shouldn't be a problem, unless you want cheap. A 'universal' may work. |

| I guess I caught my tail in the digital divide because I picked up this TV at a Thrift. The last thing I thought was it is analog. But that is just what it is. So it was no great bargain, with no remote and of course no HD.
Anyway, I wonder if Sharp made a digital tuner which can be installed in this tv.? Or did they go to a new model with digital? |
