Why would you need any manual?

Measure the OLD belt length, subtract 5-20 percent. Too tight may cause parts to bind/wear faster. Squareness shouldn't be as much of a guess. There are only a small number of different (squareness/thickness) standard sizes, and as long as it doesn't bind, smaller & larger will work as long as you allow for - thinner will be looser/less tight, thicker will be tighter.

"BUT I DON'T HAVE THE old BELT !!!"

Take a string or flexible gauge of wire, string it through and around pulleys the SAME as the belt would go, mark where the string or wire crosses/meets itself, remove and lay it on a flat surface, measure between the marks and allow for squareness. This should at least give a starting point.

I'm trying to find a service manual for a Pioneer cassette mechanism. I'm servicing a KEH9191 and I have the manual for that. I need to replace the belt and can't seem to find any information.

Thanks,
