Can I presume after jumpering fuse, that a every 5 to 10 minute heat build up test was done on major semi's, lytics (also check ones on power supply that feed inverter), etc.?

Since you've already jumpered the fuse on the 'invertor,' and it ran a couple of months, then dual FETs are possibly defective.

Yes, you are right, some FETs realy defective, i have allready changed it, but the problem is what tl494 and lm393 (probably) died to, i changed them and another pnp/npn transistors but the main probles is, what when i was checking and changing transistors, i forgot to mark two of this and now i have 1 fet and 1 pnp and i realy dont know where is the plase for them on the board...

Is B-Plus present and 'clean,' and is B-Plus and enable present at the correct points and times?
A dried out electrolytic? There's only one.
Bad bulb(s)? Less likely.
Bad transformer winding? Less likely.

Looks like a relatively 'simple' inverter. All semiconductors should have datasheets available.
