| Hi Vtech, thank you for replying, unfortunately i have the maintainence manual for the 251 and 331e but they don't help much.
it was scematics of the pll section i need really to see how it works and why its unlocked. regards Ffr. |

| Seem to recall a discussion about Antritsu but certainly not sure if it was even similar. I do remember that as far as servicing goes, it is dealt as "modular" rather than component level and schematics are pretty much of Unobtanium category.
User and programming manuals are posted in various spots on the net & I believe maintenance manual is about the extent of it; User manual w/Error codes -E Maintenance Manual |

| Hi, I have an Anritsu sitemaster S331D which fails self test with the error
PLL FAILED (2000,10) It has a very very slow sweep and nothing displayed on the trace. Does anyone have any experience of repairing them, or can obtain schematics of it please Thank you Regards Ffr. |
