Have you tested with a known good charger? Sometimes a charger can show life (LED lights up) but under load the charger doesn't actually work.
Failing that I would check for shorted capacitors or mosfets. |

If it is not resolved, check the ram. May be there is an issue.it is best to call the manufacturer |

In my opinion, the issue would be with ram and to solve that you have to take out the ram and remove its carbon with erasers from the golden-colored chips inserting area. Hope this will help you to solve your issue. |

Take the battery and Ram out and clean it then try to start it. Other wise I think it might be a mother board issue. |

try to charge it for at least 2 hrs and see if turns on. |

Try taking out any cords and take out the battery and hold the power button down for 30 seconds then put the cord back in and try to turn it on, then put battery back in. |
