Hi Problem more Explictly is :

Push Power Button --------Tv Starts------Sound Excellent---------A blink of Colorful Display of Channel as Normal tv Should be---------Then it Turns Green a ll Over Screen (Bright Green)-------for 5-15 (varies ) Seconds stay turned on with Green diaplay and quality sound-------but then it stands by...............then above process begins again-------------------------------------------------but after 30 to 40 repeats it will function correctly for merely a 5 minutes and there we go again on the problem ..........
