| The serial number really depends on the manufacturer of the product and how kind they are to you.....
A lot of devices now have the serial number at the side, but i would always recommend recording the serial number / model before hangning on the wall. Some makes also have this info inside the factory mode but again you would not have access to this information. Mike. |

| If you are doing warranty work on plasma televisions hung on the wall how are you doing at getting the model serial number information.
I am having to send 2 techs out to take the unit off the wall just to get the information |
