| Sounds like a virus to me. Run a good antivirus on it, and hope it fixes your problem. |

Hi everyone,
My external HD has gone wrong! I have about 3500 files store on it, most of them photos and very valuable to my work. For some reason, some of the folder's names have changed and are unusable. Some it seems have turned into japenease too! Very weird. Can anyone suggest why this has happened and whether or not it's reversable? Could a PC store get any of the files back do you think? Pls help.
