not available except to authorised dealers, expensive and only useful in a small number of cases, i repair about a hundred philips tvs a year and would probably only use it twice in that time. dont bother. |

I have used compair. it is a device for philips made products( tv's/dvd/cd recorders ) . consisted of a kit , including various connectors/ribbons/jigs etc
designed to be able to communicate with philips products and do diagnostics & electronic/eprom adjustments. Not user friendly & not very useful in real life.
Don't know if still being supported by philips or not? As an Authorized servicer , you'd get one at N/C. Not sure if it's avail for purchase but definitley not something worth the investment in my opinion. |
